Move contacts or address book to another computer

I tried to perform the above, but can't seem to find the folder(Contacts
Back.pst) in the Windows Explorer to copy on Removable Disc. Found the
folder(Contacts Backup.pst) in My Documnets but can't seem to open it in the
various programs I have on my PC.

Please help me.
