MOV to WMV or avi

I need to convert some mov files to run in powerpoint. I need something very
simple - I was told that QuickTime Pro would be the answer. I don't know
anything about CODEC???

I am running Windows XP and Office 2003. I would appreciate any help you
can give me.

Thanks.

QuickTime Pro does a good job on that one, although you can also use any
other video editor that accepts MOV files.
