Mousewheel action hangs Outlook 2007

I just installed Office 2007 Pro with Business Contact Manager over Vista
32-bit upgrade [from XP Pro] and everything appears to be working correctly
except for Outlook 2007. It pops up the "Outlook has stopped working..."
dialog box and then allegedly sends Microsoft some report that they allegedly
do god knows what with. I can consistently make the crash happen whenever I
use my mouse wheel in certain parts of the app. If I'm in an email preview
window, it's fine, but in the email list, it crashes. It's okay if I use it
in the calendar, but if I use it going through my contacts, it bombs. I'm
using a Wireless Logitech MX Laser 1000, which is otherwise behaving
properly. Has anyone else had any simliar issues? Eh, Outlook is probably the
most important part of Office for me... 'would be nice to be able to use it.
