Mouse Wheel Won't Scroll in VBA 2003

I do a LOT of Excel VBA programming. I just got Office
2003, and when I went into the Excel VBA Editor, I was
amazed that my mouse wheel will not scroll the code
display! I had no trouble with mouse wheel scrolling
anywhere else, including the VBA editor in Excel 2000.
This is driving me crazy. Anyone else had this problem??

I have this problem, but I also had it in Excel 2000. I learnt to live with
it, hopefully someone has information.
