Mouse Wheel ?Row1?

After searching the web and this forum, I have not seen anyone asking this...

Using Access2003
On a continuous-form or sub-form
With or with out a filter activated

The mouse wheel will scroll the rows down just fine. But when trying to
scroll back up, the 1st row remains hidden as if it no longer exists.

PgUp, will scroll up to the top ok and show the first row
Arrow-up will too
Clicking the top-scroll-bar-arrow as well

Why not the mouse-wheel?

Hi John,

It's a known bug, with no solution (well, except to disable mouse-wheel
scrolling through records - if you want/need to do that, use Stephen Lebans
solution, posted here with monotonous regularity). If you do allow the
mouse-wheel to scroll through records, all you can do is educate your users.
