Mouse wheel not working?

Hi,
I deleted something from the startup menu by using the easy cleaner, but
then after I start up again, my wheel of the mouse not working, when I
scroll it, nothing happens. I am not sure if that's causing the problem, but
how may I find out where the problem lies?

What Mouse are you using? If possible try and re-install
the drivers for the mouse.
