Mouse Thumbwheel

When I open a record on a form. I want it to lock in place and not change
when I use the mouse thumbwheel. I open a form with a combination box for an
employee and I just want to see that employees information only. When I use
the mouse thumbwheel to move down the form, it changes the entire record. How
do I get the thumbwheel to not change the record?
