I have a laptop home that uses a touchpad which I am familiar with, and the mouse pointer is not easy to control. Every time I scroll my mouse, the pointer stops and pops up somewhere else.
I've uninstalled the touchpad and reinstalled it, and I changed the settings on the mouse options, but I am unable to fix the problem.
Is this a problem where the touchpad needs to be repaired?
