next to my mouse in windows xp the egg timer constant flickers I have run
anti virus & adware no problems checking task manager all seems in order

my family if they login cant acces internet get erro r message runtime error

Something is running in the background. This has nothing to do with your
mouse. Since I don't know what av or antispyware apps you've run or how
you've run them, I can't address that but if you didn't update those
programs first and do your scans in Safe Mode - re-run the scans in
Safe Mode.
