Mouse problem

Mouse (USB) is not recognised at startup. If I start up with Mouse out and
then plug it in, it is recognised OK

Any ideas please?
 
If it is a mouse with a tail, then you may have a loose connection. Re-
connecting it may be giving it enough motion to reconnect the break.
Try another mouse.
