How do I change the mouse pointer to an hourglass while a page loads

Thanks for your help. When I add your code I get two build errors
'Cursor' is not a member of 'ProgramName'
Name 'Cursors' is not declared
What else do I need to do? As additional information, I am building a web site in Visual Studio .Net using VB and ASP
