Mouse pointer selecting files automatically

How can I stop the mouse pointer from selecting files automatically and
replacing the text in the "Save As" when it accidentally hovers over a file?
This happens when I "Save As" in office programs.

Either in your Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options, in the 'Snap To'
option area.

Or open TweakUI > expand (+) Mouse, see the 'Hover' & 'X-mouse' options.
