Mouse cursor is not covering the whole screen

When venturing with my mouse on the game Mall Tycoon the mpuse cursor is restricted from the edges of my monitor. There is about a 2 inch border at which the mouse can't venture. How do I fix this problem? Or where can I check?

Hi,

It might be possible to correct that issue that by adjusting the resolution
of your game, or your video settings. The in game settings are easy to
find and adjust, your Video card settings can be adjusted by clicking on
Control Panel / Display / Settings / and choose a different resolution.
