mouse/ back ground window

hi, a while ago i turned on a setting that when you move
the mouse over a back ground window it becomes the top
window without the need to click on it.
i have forgotten how to disable this please could you
help

Hi Mike,
I think you used TweakUI to enable this function called X-Mouse. Use it to
disable it. Download TweakUI from:
