Motive Chorus Daemon

Denise

Hi there,

After installing norton antivirus on the laptop and
connecting to the internet I got a virus attack. It was
backdoor.berbew.I

I think I have got rid of the virus from the laptop now.
But keep getting the following MS related message:

Motive Chorus Daemon has encountered a problem and needs
to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Further details suggest something to do with Appname:
mad.exe AppVer: 5.3.1.32528 ModName: mad.exe Mod Ver:
5.3.1.32528 Offset: 0015dc7c

Any ideas what this is about and how I may fix it pls?

Thanks
D
