Motive Chorus Daemon

What is this program? Who is responsible for it? Why
does it want to access the internet.
 
DS,

"Motive Chorus Daemon" is a program / process that is
used by some ISP's, when providing support to their
users, I know BlueYonder use it, not sure about anyone
else.

Which directory is it sitting in?, if it's inside
something to do with your internet access, you could 90%
assume it's ok.
