hello everyone, i have got an exhibition coming up soon and i want to have a
motion sensor instilation where a web camera detects movement and then plays
a video file, is there anyone out there that can help me out at all it would
be amazing if you could,

The folks at Area 51 can probably help you with this... That failing
try the folks at Google or Yahoo...
