Does anyone think that if I go into my bios and under the
hard drive that if I select the hard drive to LBA instead
of auto, xp will recognize it as the right size? I've
read where other people have had problems getting a large
hard drive to be read at the correct size in xp. I have
SP1 and all of the updates and have read the articles
about 48 bit enabling of large hard drives. I also
downloaded the hot fix in that section and it is still
read at 137 instead of 160. My motherboard reads the hard
drive name and model and where it says full capacity in
the bios, it shows it as 160. I'm wondering if it is
reading it as such, but not using it as 160. I have
downloaded the latest bios, but have not flashed it yet to
see if that will help. Any suggestions?

If your bios sees the 160, then don't flash it.
