I am novice. I just wanted to know is there any unique among all motherboard.
I want a distinguishing criteria among all motherboard.

Is there something serial number attached to motherboard id.

Don't think the motherboard is going to have an internal serial#, but
rather a sticker or inked label pasted on the board itself.

The Belarc info may give you model# specifics.

If you are thinking in terms of device restriction, CPU's have an
embedded serial number, but don't know if belarc shows this.

If the motherboard contains an ethernet interface, its MAC address.

Can we programmatically find the CPU embedded serial number.
