More XP problems - this time with OE6 Stationaty

Can someone tell me how to get the window with tabs back so I can make
stationary as I did using W98 and OE? There is no tab there to change the
HTML, add scroll-code etc. All I can get is the ONE screen with the pic -
no way to get to the HTML to change it. Thanks.........

You might get help faster in

(Note the spelling of stationery)
