More then one form

I am trying to put my 2nd form on my web page. I have the 1st form coming
back to my e-mail address. I wanted the same for the 2nd form. When I
published it, I was able to fill it out but when I submitted it, I don't know
where it went. It didn't come on my e-mail. I have another form that I also
want to do. What have I done wrong.
 
When you say you put a 2nd form on your web page, did you
mean that the two forms are on the exact same web page
(as opposed on two different pages on your web SITE)?

If you put them on the same page, why don't you try to
put them on different pages? Same advice for your
proposed 3rd form.
 
Hard to tell what is wrong from your description. Publish the page and give
a URL to it.
