Sure, just as long as each uses a different, licensed copy of XP PRO.
Check the agreement; type EULA.txt at the START|RUN prompt.
 
you can but if only 'one' license is used the second
computer becomes a good door stop.

You need a separate license - as represented by separate 25 character
Product Keys - for each, Or else get a volume license for some set
larger number of machines (the program starts at five), bearing in mind
that this is subject to audit to ensure you have stayed within the
licensed number
