Your question isn't clear. Windows Mail will allow you to have more
than one email account, but puts the incoming mail from all of them
into the same Inbox.
To get similar information for Outlook faster, you can ask in its
newsgroup:
microsoft.public.outlook.general
Mention what version of Outlook you are using (such as 2003)
and that you are running under Vista.
Vista will allow you to have more than one email program
installed, such as both Windows Mail and Outlook, but
only one of them can be your default email program.
