More slide designs for powerpoint?

I am very tired of the slides on powerpoint? I need an artistic slide and
don't have one. Is there a way I can download newones? I have microsoft PP
2003. the options my software gave me to download from the internet were not
what I was looking for.
Thank you for any help you can give me. I have been procrastinating on this
project too long and need to get going!

If you have something specific in mind, wouldn't it be more direct to create it
yourself? You can create your own templates in PPT.
