More proofing & spelling languages for Vista Windows Mail

I have finnish language Vista Home but Windows mail do not have finnish
proofing or spelling language option. Any way to add or dl it for somewhere.

I do have finnish Office 2003 where is finnish spelling and so on.. any way
to add those files somewhere so WM can use those?

and 4 reason I do not tell I am not or shall not use OL2003 for my mail in
this matter.

No.
Windows Mail only has the 4 spelling languages. There will be no additional
languages, because Windows Mail has been replaced with Windows Live Mail.

WLM has 37 spell check languages, including Finnish.
