more administrators?

can you help? My MSBA has found 3 administrators on my system. I only allow 2
& 3rd looks suspicious. I can't find it to delete it in my admin groups.
Where am I going wrong?Also I need to change the surname my PC is registered
to as I got hitched. How do I do that? I run Windows XP on a Compaq pc.

What is suspicious about the 3rd Administrator?
Is it "Administrator"?
If so, that is normal.

Thanks for the link.
The 3rd admin wasn't there the last time I ran MBSA & I haven't seen it
before.
My account is there and the guest account which is off, but it doesn't show
any other accounts but MBSA picked up one which is all numbers & dashes. I
had this once before but the strange one showed in admin as a strange name so
I deleted that and things were fine. Now my PC is picking up extra 'at risk'
files in every Norton scan that I can't delete.

Reboot to Safe Mode and run Norton:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
