Whats the best way to monitor my LAN? I have 3 PCs
running XP pro. The other two access my files and drives.
How can I know who accessed files and what files they
accessed throughout the day? Thankx in advance

hello
nmap might do the job for you its free.

is'nt nmap a scanner?? i dont think it has monitoring capabilities.
right click my computer> manage>>
shared folder should give u some info on who's accessing what on your
machine.

Robert I appreciate your assistance. The only problem I
have with "Computer Management" is not being able to
check who logged in when I wasn't here. It only shows me
real-time not historical. I haven't tried nmap, im about
to try that now.....lets see.....thankx
