Hello,

In Win XP there was an option on the dial-up connection icon (in the
notification area) called 'Status' , which allowed the flow of data to /
from the ISP to be monitored. It was quite useful when the connection was
slow, allowing me to check that the connection had not failed.

Is there a similar option in Vista ? I cannot find anything obvious.

Thanks
KK

Go into Taskmgr... Ctrl Shift Esc

Select Networking Tab.

Alternatively...

Reliability and Performance monitor shows Network information.
