Dial Up Networking Not Installed (Urgent)

Please could we be informed literally step by step how to install Dial Up
Networking which does not appear to be loaded with MS Vista. Just brought
home new laptop with Vista and cannot access my MSN dial up account.

When I went to Outlook to add details for a dial up connection it refused to
accept the dial up telephone number, advising me first that I should go to
Control Panel and Add/Remove programs and select Dial Up Networking.

There seemed to be no "Add/Remove programs" option in control panel, so that
instruction is very misleading, and in the meantime in the similarly named
option in control panel that I explored instead, there is no program called
Dial up networking to select.

Please somebody help!

I suggest you use the Help Facilities of Vista and enter (Dial Up) in the
search box where you will get a blow by blow about setting up and using DUN
on Vista.

On XP you got additional programs by going to install, and looking for them.
I presume
Vista would be the same, i.e. the program is on the setup disk, but wasn't
installed by
default.

Add/Remove Programs is now called Programs and Features in Vista's Control Panel
