my desktop has about 1/3 pink, also pink on some things i click on. some of
the pink i can remove with my pointer, but some i cant the desktop is always
1/3 pink can anyone help please

Make sure you don't have any speakers close to the monitor.

Try disconnecting the Monitor connector. Look at the cable and see if it
has any kinks or it's cracked.

Rich's advice was right on the mark. Look particularly for bent or broken
pins in the connectors.

If the video cable is fine, restart the computer in Safe Mode. Same problem?
Kiss your monitor goodbye.
