Monitor Start/ system hook

System: XP Pro, 400MHz, 192 RAM
Upon start up, I get an error message upon start-up
that reads:
"Monitor Start: unable to set talkback system hook."
Once I click OK, the message goes away & I don't perceive
any problem.

Any ideas of what this means / how to track down what
appears to not be installing properly?

you are lucky the system works at all with those specs!
get the latest drivers for your graphics card.
