ok 17 months ago my wife bought me this gateway 21" widescreen tft from staples,
and tbh it's only had light to medium use yet a few days back it started flickering .
unfortunately we've moved house since and i couldnt find reciept but did find credit card statement proving purchase date.
so i rang gateway thinking it had three yrs cover(coulda sworn i remembered something being said about it at the time)
only to be told no we only do 12 months bye!
which kinda got my back up especially as i have an lg here around 5 yrs old and still going strong i'd expected a little longer life out of this one!
someone mentioned to me something about statuary rights and wondered if anyone could shed some more light on this or any other advice that might help.
