Monitor Problem

I have two problems with my hp pavilion mx70 monitor.

1- It doesn't appear in the device manager.
2- Whenever I scroll it's choppy and slow.

Any help that someone could give me on how to fix these problems would
greatly be appreciated.
 
For most "choppy" display problems,

1) Install/update motherboard chipset drivers

2) Install/update video card drivers directly from the manufacturer's weeb site.

Do not rely Windows Updates versions of the drivers.


You can them "might" be able to use the "Default monitor" setting or locate
PowerStrip by EntechTaiwan.
