Monitor Network Activity by user on Terminal Server?

I monitor traffic on our network with EtherPeek and am able to see who's
talking to whom from the inside to the outside of our firewall.

My issues is our Terminal Server. It has about 20 people on it. Though all
the traffic from EtherPeek comes just from the one IP address.

Is there a way to log/monitor the connections made on a Terminal Server and
record what user made them?
