Sometimes you have to adjust the view size on the monitor. With my Nvidia
drivers you can go to display properties/settings tab/click on the advance
button near the bottom/and there is a tab that has my card name/ then there
is a screen adjustment tool to do what I think you are after. [shortcut to
the display properties is right click on the desktop and click on
properties.]
