MONITOR.EXE

Everytime i turn off my computer it's tesame; MONITOR.EXE, this program does
not react. Then i have to press "end now" ore i can not turn off my computer.
I don't wanne deleted anything in the software, because i don't know much
about it, and i do not wanne delete things i need. If somebody can help me
out, i would be very thankfull.
