moniters out of scan range

hi

i was jus changin the resolution of my moniters wen they
both turned off.an the message "moniters out of scan
range" appeared on both moniters.

an they jus stay black ive tryed to restart but dat
dosent work nor dose anything else

Try rebooting into Safe mode & uninstall your video driver.
Then, reboot with default VGA driver and reinstall

You need to start your computer in safe mode/vga and set a lower resolution
on your screens...

Power off (pull the plug) ; then after a minute Power on again, and as
the BIOS info on the screen goes to black hit F8

That should give you a menu - choose Safe Mode at the top, and continue
- from Safe mode you should be able to set the resolution back to
something safe for your monitor
