I just reinstall windows xp profecional but there is no 2.0 usb on the device manager a I supouse to have 2 but a dont know what happen..........any help?

You must have SP1 installed for 2.0 support
Check the device manager in the USB devices if you have something that says
Enhanced USB device then the 2.0 is working.
