Moduslink - COA Validated and nothing else yet in 2months

Hi,

I setup my free upgrade thing at the moduslink website and sent of my
redemption form and receipts from ebuyer.com for my computer back on December
1st. Now 2weeks ago my order status changed from Order Confirmed to COA
Validated. (Took what? 6weeks?) Yeah so now in like 4days or so its going to
be 2months and its still on COA validated. I emailed them twice and sent
copies of my receipts but they dont reply. Ive posted + emailed them the
receipts but it hasn't got me anywhere. I know people who sent of their
redemption form and stuff and got everything done in 4weeks and i been
waiting 8weeks. Im in the UK so Vista is out in a few days but commong
Moduslink 2months jesus. Anyone know whats taking so long? or how to just
ring them up and ask wtf their doing? I cant find a UK number for them.

Moduslink cannot ship anything until after the official public
release of Windows Vista, which is January 30th. Most orders
will likely be fulfilled in February.

will likely be fulfilled in February.

Seems a bit weird that they can't ship yet when Powertogether already has
and online retailers have been shipping for over a week.
