Does anyone know why I get this message upon startup and how I can get rid of
it? Thanks

Hi

When does this happen - which program are you using at the time?

Hi

Have a look in the Event Viewer to see if there are any entries that might
coincide with error messages. Any entries there may give a hint as what is
causing the problem.
