RUNDLL Error Message

I have been recieving this RUNDLL Error Message upon start up and I was
wondering if anyone knows if:

a)It's anything I should worry about

and

b)Whether it is or not anyway to get rid of the error message.

The message states:
Error loading cmicnfg.cpl
The specified module could not be found.
