Modifying Sidebar gadget .png's?

Just wondering, if you modified the gadget png's, would you be able to
customize the look of the gadget?

Yes. You can remove the gadget from the sidebar, modify the PNG files,

and then re-add the gadget. This will result in your updated graphics
showing in place of the original ones.

Thanks, I'll play with this a bit, see how it goes!

However, in order to then pass that gadget onto somebody else, you'll
need to make a copy of the files, modify the XML, and re-package the
gadget.

Nah, just for personal use.
