Modifying a "Internet headers" in Outlook otgoing emails

Is ther a way modify "Internet headers" in Outlook otgoing emails?
Not to add an additional custom header, but modify standard headers, say I
have a normal email, and it has an deliveery receipt and read receipt
headers, - extension header like
Disposition-Notification-To: "Name" <[email protected]>

Is there any way add custom text instead of "Name" i.e. something like:

Disposition-Notification-To: "Disclaimer: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..."
<some text>

I want that outgoing email sent contains a statement for recipient, and pop
it up in Outlook for the user to send.

well, due complexity of doing this in Outlook, probably it possible use
the following way: set mail script in webserver, and send email from
Outlook with adding a webserver.com extension to the end of the
recipients email address '(e-mail address removed)' ?
Webserver mail script will add the required Internet header to this
emails. How about this?
