Modify header/footer for workBOOK

In Excel 2000, is there an easy way to make/change one
header/footer for all the worksheets? I have a workbook
that contains roughly 20 worksheets, and I don't want to
ahve to go to each worksheet to enter the header/footer.

just select all worksheets (group them. e.g. holding down the SHIFT key
while selecting them). then change the header/footer
