Modified Recycle Bin and My Computer Icons Revert..

When I modify these icons as soon as I reboot they revert
to the defaults. I'm using Microangelo to change the icons
and running XP Pro with all patches..

The big deal is that if I modify my computer I don't want the
OS controlling my customizations. It doesn't take a rocket
scientist to figure that out ( or does it )...
