when i upgraded from win98 win2000 professional did not
recognise my modem. can you please help me with this

You need to load the Windows 2000 drivers for your modem. Your old Windows
98 drivers will not work. In order to help you, we need more information,
particularly your modem manufacturer and model number.

The Modem manufacturer is Modem Vendor, I cant find a

model number, all I know is the modem is MR MODEM.
