Help!! My Compaq Presario cannot detect my modem since
I've upgraded to Windows 2000. I have no idea where to
start to try and troubleshoot this one!
 
Many times the drivers must be loaded PRIOR to the modem being placed in
the computer. Modem Installation instructions (and drivers)should be
available at the Compaq/HP site.
