Have hp Pavlion 414.uk running off XP.
Trying to install sagem 800 f@st modem, ran disc for modem which loads driver
but when prompted to plug in modem hardware wizard starts up and wizard screen sticks and flickers.
Have run recovery progam to return the computor to factory settings but same occurs..
Please help (but keep it simple)......
