Modem on Hold

I just picked up my system from the shop after some upgrades but I no longer
have modem on hold, how do I enable this again?

Not a function of the basic modem drivers installed by XP. Usually added by
the drivers from the modem manufacturer or by modem software installed in
addition to the drivers.
