Modem installation problem . . .

I have tried three different modems! I keep getting a
caution message as follows:
The software you are installing for this hardware
56HP92D
has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify it's
compatibility with windows XP.

Continuing your installation of this software may inpair
or distabilize the correct operation of your system
either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly
recommends that you stop this installaton now and contact
the hardware vendor for software that has passed Windows
Logo testing.

The last modem I installed is the same exact modem I had
previously and it is windows XP compatible. I didn't
have any problems installing the one before. Why won't
it recognize the software?

Just go along with the installation of the Modem , the
stuff about it hasent passed the Windows logo testing
means that microsoft hasen verified it , its not big deal
and you can always search the internet for the Up to date
drivers for Xp , Im sure you can find then from the
Manufacturers Website or some other website
